All the bad weather at half the price
Polarbit has rather generously halved the price of its hot iPhone racer, Raging Thunder; now weighing in at just £2.39.
Originally appearing on mobiles, Raging Thunder bagged itself a Pocket Gamer Silver Award recently for its superb high-octane racing and eye-watering visuals (read our Raging Thunder review).
Polarbit was responsible for Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 3D, which also had its price cut a few weeks back (though Raging Thunder is now the cheaper of the two).
It's got to grate on those who paid full price, but it's hard to complain about this prolific new trend for developers to slash their App Store prices a week or two after release. Pocket Gamer loves bargains.

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
