Punch Club 2 best builds

Whether you're focused on strength, agility or stamina is irrelevant. You'll need a proper build to win fights in Punch Club 2, and these are the best three builds.
- Managing a fighter in life and fighting requires balance
- The build is mainly affected by one of three stats
- Your fighter's performance depends on which stat you feed
When it comes to fights, they'll be broken into rounds where you can plan your strategy. You can choose which moves the Fighter will use in the round and he'll use them as he sees fit.
This can be improved in various ways and will directly affect how your Fighter behaves in fights. It'll also affect other aspects of his life like work and recovery. Depending on how you build your Fighter, you can change how they behave, what they can endure, and what they'll be able to execute. If you're still struggling with basics, take a look at the guide for Punch Club 2 - there are several tips there which should clear things out for you.
How to Build Your Fighter

Improving your fighter's condition is a gradual process. This isn't like fighting some rookies on a playground and gaining experience points. You need to put time and resources into training and raising stats. There are three main stats for fighting: Strength, Agility, and Stamina.
Strength determines how much damage you deal with, your overall health, and the energy used when performing certain actions. Agility determines when your fighter acts and how many movements they can make offensively and defensively. Stamina determines your overall energy and how much energy you recover when resting. There's not much to keep track of, but depending on where you put your focus, your fighter can change drastically.
1
Strength build
Strength is a natural choice for someone whose primary goal is to be the strongest and beat up anyone who challenges that. There are multiple ways to improve strength both in the home gym and at Silver's Gym. The more you improve it, the more your health and power will go up which will give you two solid ideas for dealing with opponents. You can aim to outlast them or finish them off quickly.
What makes this build difficult is that it's incredibly demanding on your energy pool since all moves are calculated by taking percentages of strength into account. As you start to fight much tougher and agile opponents, your energy will drain quickly and every time it hits zero, your Fighter will instantly collapse and take massive damage. He can get up and recover energy but this can easily lead to getting bounced between standing tall and kissing the floor. This build isn't recommended unless you have moves and a School that are designed to deal tons of damage.
2
Agility build
When you start a fight, you'll see that under each fighter's health and energy bars are little points shaped like arrows. These indicate how much the fighter can act when giving and receiving. The higher your agility is, the more of these points you'll get which will allow you to make long combos of punches and kicks. This can keep opponents on the ropes, draining their health and even energy with the right moves. It also affects how quickly your Fighter can act during each round.
Even though the idea of landing long and damaging combos is appealing, this also puts a massive strain on your energy pool if you max out your moves each round. It doesn't aid you in taking damage but requires you to play much riskier to use all the additional action points to spend some rounds restoring your energy. The risk comes from allowing opponents to land free hits on you and hoping they don't reduce your energy even further.
3
Stamina build
It's understandable if you want to try and make your Fighter as balanced as possible, but you could argue that having a strong Stamina stat is all that matters. This makes sense since it's the only stat that's affected by overworld activities like going to work, training, and recovering. The higher your Stamina is, the more energy you have to burn and the more energy you'll recover whenever you're not attacking and between rounds. With excess energy, you can fill your attack and defence slots with sorts of moves that will make you a much more formidable and versatile Fighter.
This is also one of the easiest stats to manage since there are few drawbacks to placing more and more training on improving it. It runs the risk of being the most expensive stat since the more you do, the more you'll need to rely on energy-restoring items when you don't always have time to rest.
