Fans of Pixel People: sit down for a second.
Tomorrow, LambdaMu Games and Chillingo will issue a massive update to their retro-styled city-populating sim.
In this update, LambdaMu and Chillingo will add over 30 new jobs, 30 new achievements, 20 new mutants, 12 new buildings, and a whole raft of secrets to their free-to-play build-'em-up.
The main focus of the update is exploration. Basically, this means you'll be able to visit far-flung settlements, discovering job variants and finding new beasts along the way.
You can also trade with other Pixel People players, swapping resources and sending gifts off to them.
Once the new characters are available, you will be able to recruit up to 1,500 of them for your blocky city. That's an awful lot of tiny pixellated humans.
The new Pixel People update should go live on the App Store at midnight tonight.
