Your rebate dollar's on its way
At the start of the week, we announced that iPhoneGameRebate.com, the website that promotes the sale of games through cash rebates, had launched.
Its first promotion is simple. Buy an iPhone game, email in the receipt and get a $1.
Well, it seems it's been so popular the offer's now been extended to 31 January.
Indeed, an email from the website baldly states: "Please, go tell your friends. We have way too much money."
Also detailed are the steps you'll need to perform to get your cash.
1. Register at iPhoneGameRebate.com
2. Forward your iTunes receipt to showmethemoney [at] iphonegamerebates.com
3. Type the email address you registered with in the subject line
4. Tell us whether you want the rebate by snail mail or Paypal
5. If you want it by snail mail: send us your address
6. If you want it by Paypal: send us your Paypal email
7. Tweet or Facebook that you got your rebate!
At the moment the offer to mail cash rebates is only available to users in the US and Canada, although there are plans to extend it to the UK soon. The PayPal option works worldwide however.
