PBA Bowling Challenge rolls onto Android

Good news for the lane-goers and alley-dwellers who play on Android: the Professional Bowling Association has released an officially licensed bowling game just for you.

PBA Bowling Challenge is a new freemium bowling simulator that splits its gameplay between quick games and a more involved career mode.

In the career mode, you'll follow the path of your anonymous, back-alley bowler as they struggle to become a pin-pulverizing professional competing against some of the best known names in the PBA.

Spare me the details

While bowling is rarely a sport known for its striking visuals, the 3D graphics used in PBA Bowling Challenge make it about as gorgeous as a bowling game can be.

Concrete Software also introduced a slew of power-ups like an explosive bomb ball and self-cloning split ball to help make challenging shots more easy. Though, an argument could be made that the bomb ball was included as an optional stress reliever.

PBA Bowling Challenge also offers free-standing challenges to help you practice and hone your bowling skills, so if you're looking for a way to bowl on your Android device of choice, and have 35 MB to spare, PBA Bowling Challenge might just be the game that you’ve been waiting for.
