E3 2010: New English Okamiden screenshots

Capcom has released some new screenshots and a trailer for DS adventure Okamiden, in English, for E3 2010.
The game is positioned as a direct sequel to the Wii and PS2 game Okami, and has you playing as a new magic space wolf, this time called Chibiterasu. While it’s not the same pup you played in Okami, Chibi has many of the same moves, allowing you to pause time as you draw doodles over the gameplay with your massive celestial brush.
The screenshots, which you can ogle in our gallery above, show off exploration, battles, using the celestial brush (complete with a cool parchment graphical style that's laid over the screen), and chatting it up with the local townsfolk.
Okamiden is set for release on DS in Japan later this year, but we’ll have to wait until early next year to play the game in English.
