Mobile game developers? The IMG Awards want YOU!

Call for entries to the established industry awards

Mobile game developers? The IMG Awards want YOU!

One of the best things about the annual 3GSM mobile industry trade show in Barcelona is the International Mobile Gaming Awards, which gives out gongs to the most cutting-edge games from new and established developers.

This year saw prizes awarded to innovative games like Triangler, 3D Tilt-a-World, Mega Monster, Anima Wars and Crazy Matches. Now, the organisers have opened their Call For Entries for the IMG Awards 2007.

There's no entry fee, and the competition is international (as the name suggests), so games are welcome from around the world. And this year's competition is open to both published and unreleased games, rather than just the latter as in previous years.

Entries must be submitted by 24th September, before a team of esteemed, well-respected judges (and us!) will decide on 25 nominees for the awards, with the winners due to be announced at next year's 3GSM show in February.

Interested? Head on over to the official IMG Awards website to get more details on how to enter.
