EA Mobile seems to want any old excuse to crack open the Christmas sherry, and what better way to commence festive celebrations than with a series of 'Fa La La' sales during this made-up ‘holiday season’?

Every weekend over the course of the month the publisher will be reducing a selection of its games across the App Store for both iPhone and iPad.

Last week saw FIFA 11 and MMA going cheap, and this week smash-hit Mirror’s Edge for both iPad and iPhone, Monopoly Here and Now: The World Edition, and the rubbish Mass Effect Galaxy are all on sale.

If you live in Europe, where ‘holiday season’ is a made-up term designed to avoid people suing for religious discrimination, you’re out of luck - everything is currently the same price as usual.

No doubt this won’t be the last Christmas sale that occurs, so stay tuned for more reductions as we get them.
