Nuverse has officially launched one of the most highly requested features for Marvel Snap - Battle Mode. Here, players can finally duke it out against their family and friends in competitive battles to see which Snap player will reign supreme.

The latest update for Marvel Snap lets players join in on competitive battles with their online buddies using a shareable code in 1:1 matches. The same deck will be used in back-to-back games, and there is no round limit.

“MARVEL SNAP has truly changed the competitive card game (CCG) space. Finally there is now a CCG game that is designed for everyone, and it just got even better with Battle Mode!” says Tom van Dam, Senior Director of Global Business at Nuverse. “Battle Mode takes MARVEL SNAP to the next level, making the game that much more social, and finally gives players the opportunity to feel the epic thrill of a big win against their friends and family. We can’t wait to keep surprising players with awesome updates to the game over the coming year.”

“Epic collisions between friends and frenemies have fueled so many memorable Marvel moments," says Bill Rosemann, Vice President and Creative Director at Marvel Games. “MARVEL SNAP’s new Battle Mode allows players to leap into fast-paced card-battling combat with their friends and family to create their own amazing memories.”

If you're keen on experiencing the latest update for yourself to see if you've got what it takes to take down your frenemies, you can download Marvel Snap on the iOS App Store or on the Google Play Store for Android devices. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
