Liege is an upcoming tactical RPG slated for mobile, PS Vita, PC, and consoles, and new footage showcases the game's turn-based encounters.

Set in the titular kingdom, you embark on a dangerous quest amidst a bloody civil war. You'll build your party, explore, and engage in tactical combat that occurs seamlessly on the battlefield.

Previously, combat progressed in typical turn-based fashion, with your turn followed by your enemy's. Now, the developers have designed a combat flow reminiscent of Frozen Synapse; you choose your actions and then both parties act simultaneously.

Liege also features an expansive branching class system, allowing players to transition from novice warrior to Lancer, Marksman, Paladin, Dark Knight, and more.

The game currently has 18 different classes to specialize in, each with five skills to learn.

Liege will be coming to PC and consoles first, with the iOS and Android ports expected to release in late 2016. You can learn more about Liege here.
