More new images emerge for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3DS

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is perhaps the most anticipated title on the current list of upcoming 3DS games.

Now, five new images have emerged showing off the kind of gameplay that should be familiar to all fans of the game.

Originally released on the N64 and later on the Gamecube, Ocarina of Time centres around Link and his mission to rescue Princess Zelda. To help prise her away from the clutches of evil Ganondorf, Link has numerous weapons, items, and a time-altering ocarina at his disposal.

It has previously been revealed that the 3DS's lower screen will be used to display a map of your environment. It will also play host to your inventory screen and allow you to look around freely.

Ocarina of Time is widely regarded as the best addition to the Legend of Zelda series, with some sources holding it to be the best game of all time.

The Nintendo 3DS is set to hit Europe on March 25th, with the US seeing its arrival a couple of days later.
