Pixmain and Darjeeling Productions have announced that the award-winning Labyrinth City: Pierre the Maze Detective is finally coming to iOS devices on March 3rd. Based on the hit children's book series, the puzzle adventure game follows the tale of Pierre as he tries to recover the maze stone stolen by Mr. X.

Now available for pre-order, Labyrinth City: Pierre the Maze Detective features ten gorgeous-looking maps filled with intricate details that players have to scour to discover useful clues in their investigation. Objects are cleverly hidden (in plain and not-so-plain sight), prompting Pierre the Maze Detective to bring his A-game to solve intriguing mysteries.

The game also features breathtaking illustrations brought to life through animated narratives. The hand-drawn visuals have a nostalgic appeal, with more than 100 collectibles and a whopping 500 interactive points for players to tinker around with. Eagle-eyed players might also stumble upon special Easter eggs and pop culture references littered throughout the scenes - in particular, references from Dragon Ball Z, King Kong, Star Wars and No-Face from Spirited Away will be making an appearance.
