Little Inferno dev announces a new 'puzzle game for nerds' called Human Resource Machine

Tomorrow Corporation has revealed that its next game is a "puzzle game for nerds" that it calls Human Resource Machine.

No platforms have been announced yet but we're going to go out on a limb and say that mobile is pretty likely.

What we can tell you is that the game will have you using your little workers to solve the puzzle in each level. Once you do, you'll get promoted to work on the next floor of the towering skyscraper it all takes place in.

Apparently, each level represents a year, so it seems likely that the game is an appropriation of the corporate ladder, i.e. you use your workers and get closer to the top.

Perhaps it's a cynical take on the dog-eat-dog world of business. It being called Human Resource Machine certainly alludes to that.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to tell quite yet as we don't have more information about the game to go on. But Tomorrow Corporation says more is to come very soon.

Human Resource Machine

Oh, and if you need reminding, you'll probably know Tomorrow Corporation for its previous puzzle adventure Little Inferno.

Or, if not that one, you surely know about World of Goo. That's one of the games that the people at the studio worked on before at 2DBoy.

So we can hopefully expect for Human Resource Machine to be just as interesting as those two puzzle games are. We'll let you know more about it once we get the info.
