Honkai Impact 3rd reveals content part of upcoming version 6.6 Woven from Last Snow update
HoYoverse has just announced a new update for its hit mobile action title, Honkai Impact 3rd, titled Woven from Last Snow. It releases next week and brings a new main story questline set in the Salt Snow Holy City. Other content includes a new character, a combat system, and a novel game mode.
Honkai Impact 3rd’s latest character is Misteln, the Hare. We’ve already been introduced to her abilities in the part one finale, and this update builds on all of that with her new Dreamweaver Battlesuit. It is a mech-type physical damage dealer with alternating forms. The base form is Misteln in her physical body, waving a banner and summoning Seeds of Ideas for support.
Misteln’s second form is activated during her Ultimate, which propels enemies into a dreamscape, where they meet her astral form, which is ready to decimate everyone. This cosmic version carries a javelin that she hurls for ranged attacks and stabs within close quarters. The javelin wielder is the first one of its kind in-game.
Version 6.6 also sees the introduction of Terminal Aide 0017, a new SP battlesuit for Prometheus. She is an Img-type physical support that excels in both offensive and defensive moves. Prometheus’ shield extends to her teammates and protects them from damage, simultaneously increasing their attack.
In addition to that, she can also drain power from enemies. She can refill her SP anytime during combat, which is further used to cast a combo attack on foes, launching them into the air. If not that, Prometheus transforms her fists into a shield to block all incoming attacks.
To top it all off, players can participate in Inscribed Whispers, a new game mode based on the four attributes of light, ice, thunder, and dark. Each has unique characteristics and can be unlocked and equipped in order to cast various other active skills.
