Freemium iPhone shoot-'em-up Gun Bros updated with real-time multiplayer and voice chat

Publisher Glu Mobile has treated its social shooter Gun Bros to its biggest update yet.

Along with some new armour, over-the-top weaponry, and a new auto-aim system, you have the ability to team up with a buddy and kick some backside in real-time over both 3G and wi-fi.

You can even scream instructions into your iPhone or iPad during the heat of the battle with integrated voice chat.

Completing new daily bro-op challenges (yes, bro-op) will now earn you extra Warbucks - the game's premium currency - coins and XP, with similar rewards for adding new friends.
