Silver Award-winning Android RPG Grinsia is now available on the iPhone

Pocket Gamer Silver Award-winning Android RPG Grinsia has battled its way onto Apple's App Store and is now available to download for your iPhone.

This turn-based title sees you form a party of budding adventurers and set out to save the world at the request of a mysterious Goddess.

As you see from the video below, this involves exploring a 16-bit world; collecting treasures; battling a wide variety of creatures and beasts; and interacting with numerous comical characters - many of which you can recruit for your party.

As you explore, the in-game world will shift between day and night, which affects how you play. For example, you'll face stronger enemies in the dark, but patrolling soldiers that would otherwise block your path will all be tucked up tightly in bed.

If you do decide to brave the dark and end up in a premature grave, you can just use the game's "grave marker" system to reclaim the XP and money you lost when you perished. That's nice.

Grinsia is available on the App Store for your iPhone for the special launch price of £2.99 / $4.99. Grab it sharpish if you don't want to end up shelling out £5.99 / $8.99.
