Girls’ Frontline 2: Exiliums’ Deep Dive - All of the latest content added in the Aphelion update
  • Girls Frontline 2 adds new T-Dolls, outfits and events in its Aphelion update
  • New Sentinel Klukai joins the fray with her special weapon and motorcycle
  • Earn generous awards with limited-time log-in events
  • Engage in the new Boundary Push game mode and Assault Simulation event

Fans of Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium have a lot to celebrate, and if you aren't one already, you will be soon. Sunborn Games has released a massive update entitled Aphelion, and it’s stuffed full of content. There are new modes to experience, Dolls to recruit, and the announcement of the first-ever Exiulium offline event. Read on to find out exactly what Aphelion has in store.

New Elite Dolls and Outfits

Without a doubt, one of the biggest additions to this new update is the Elite Dolls. Klukai, a Sentinel, is available to collect now, followed by the Support-type Mechty on April 10th. Klukai is an increased drop in the Targeted Procurement Banner, along with Makiatto.

If you manage to recruit Klukai, and can tear yourself away from simply spending time with her at the Dormitory, you will want to get her geared up just right. Her Elite Weapon, Skylla, is a Medium Ammo Assault Rifle modelled after the 416. You can also roll for the Bittersweet Caramel weapon for Makiatto.

Seeing as style is king, there are a few new outfits to try on. Knocking out a few in-game tasks will net you Klukai's Speed Star outfit for free, giving you even more reason to try and recruit her. There are also four outfits available at a limited-time discount until April 9th: Klukai’s Astral Luminous, Makiatto’s Embroided Bamoo, Blooming Shadows, and Peritya’s Born Huntress.

Another benefit of pulling for Klukai is her epic motorcycle, which might just blow all the enemies away by itself. For those who want to try it out themselves, you can head over to Girls’ Frontline 2’s TikTok and boot up the exclusive Klukai filter. Take a few snaps of yourself and you could earn some special rewards.

New events with generous rewards

Speaking of rewards, there are a few events you can take advantage of for a few goodies. The Analemma and Daydreamer Log-in Events will net you a total of 20 Targeted Access Permissions, whilst Dawnbreaker will bring 10 Access Permissions along with the aforementioned Speed Star outfit. Pretty generous rewards, right? Well, it doesn’t stop there.

Take part in Elmo’s Spring Gachapon, and you could be in with a shout of getting the Born Huntress outfit and 6,480 Collapse Pieces. Not only this, but there is also an iPhone 16, and Razer BlackWidow V4 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard up for grabs.

Back to the virtual world, you need to check out the Assault Simulation event. Select your Doll and her weapon, then take manual aim and blast away hostiles to secure victory. Your skill and completion time will determine your stage rank, with Assault Supplies being rewarded based on how you do.

A new game mode filled with resources to collect

After you have recruited your favourite Dolls and armed them to the teeth, head over to the new Boundary Push game mode. Here, you will dispatch your team to collect resources and development materials, with a weekly reset ensuring the rewards never run dry.

Your doll's levels will determine which zone you can dive into, with the Surface, Intermediate, and Deep Layers all ready to delve into. Battles will be a part of this exploration, but you can use Strategies to avoid any you deem unnecessary. Send your Dolls into these Contaminated Zones with Crystal Collection, and they will return with many resources.

An IRL cosplay event with exclusive merch

Finally, if you find yourself at Grand Central Market in Los Angeles on March 22nd or 23rd, you are very lucky. Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium is hosting its first-ever Offline Event complete with cosplay photography, limited merch and games. This includes Klukai’s motorcycle time attack challenge, with a successful run allowing you to activate Klukai’s brand-new frame. You don’t want to miss out.
