- Picks up one year after the base game
- 25 new stages added alongside a new storyline
TQuality Gaming has officially launched Galaxy Frontier: War for Humanity, a story expansion available now on iOS and Android. Set one year after the events of the base game, this DLC drops you into humanity's latest counterstrike against the rogue White Council. Featuring 25 intense new levels, enhanced space battles, and cutting-edge tech, it's the next chapter in a growing sci-fi saga.
In Galaxy Frontier 2’s War for Humanity DLC, you’ll pilot starships beyond the safe zones of Mars and into the heart of Proxima Centauri, where the White Council has regrouped and fortified its position. New adversaries include the formidable Battle Cruiser Type B, cloaked enemy fleets with advanced stealth technology, and powerful weapon systems that shift the balance of combat.
Over the course of the expansion, you’ll unlock or enhance weapons, shields, and abilities as you charge into waves of hostile forces. The DLC missions are rich in narrative elements, revealing more about the origins and motives of the White Council, though storytelling remains embedded within action-driven levels rather than cinematic cutscenes.

If you’re new to the series, Galaxy Frontier 2 is a space shoot ’em up that features high-speed dogfights. You ride a starfighter against waves of enemy ships, upgrading your weapons, shields, and skills as you go. Tight controls and distinct enemy patterns make for snappy, arcade-style action, but it’s the intricate progression system that gives it staying power.

The base game features three core modes: Endless, Overrun, and Mine Sweeper, each offering a slightly different rhythm. Endless is all about survival, Overrun tasks you with defending critical objectives, and Mine Sweeper throws you into hazardous fields where one wrong move means starting over.
You can download the War for Humanity DLC for Galaxy Frontier 2 for $1.99 or your local equivalent. The base game remains free-to-play.
