Out at midnight: Exiles is a 24th-century RPG from the team behind Ravensword
Mash effect

Sci-fi RPG Exiles will hit the iOS App Store at midnight tonight, following a month's exclusivity on Android.
This game comes from Crescent Moon, who brought us the ambitious mobile RPG Ravensword: Shadowlands. Exiles promises the same things - open worlds, lots of gear, character classes - only in spaaaaace.
The game takes place on a faraway planet where a corrupt government is trying to enslave its people with a lethal virus. As an Elite Enforcers bloke or blokette, you'll take on missions to unravel the secrets behind the conspiracy.
Those quests might involve exploring underground temples, blasting aliens with a bunch of different guns, or riding mechs and hoverbikes to traverse the massive environment.

We liked the 'droid version and said, "Exiles boasts some of the most beautiful graphics on Android right now", but warned that an abundance of glitches lifts you out of what could be an immersive RPG experience.
Here's hoping the extra month has been spent bug fixing. The game's due in a few hours and will cost £3.99 / $4.99 as part of a 20 percent launch day sale.
