Konami renews eFootball partnership with Manchester United
You won't be losing your favourite team anytime soon

- Manchester United have renewed their partnership with MUFC
- This means that eFootball will continue to feature the team's branding, imagery and recreation
- The two have also partnered for an exclusive ticket giveaway over the 2024/2025 season
Famous English football club Manchester United FC will renew its partnership with Konami to continue their inclusion as an official team in the eFootball series. The renewal means the game can continue to use club branding, imagery and recreations, and sees Konami once more established as their official video game partner.
To celebrate, eFootball will see an in-game event taking place from August 15th to 29th, where you can receive a free Highlight: Bruno Fernandes card, a chance to win three Manchester United FC player cards, and a new limited-time Challenge Event to win the Epic: Paul Scholes card. Meanwhile, outside of the game Konami and MUFC are also collaborating on a ticket giveaway for the 2024/2025 season.
eFootball, if you somehow didn't guess already, is Konami's premier mobile football simulator. Bringing together official teams, players and stadiums in one package, available now on iOS and Android.

While it's good to see this partnership get renewed, I can't help but think how awkward it'd be if they hadn't managed to do so. Would players who've collected a bunch of Manchester United characters just lose access to them? Well, it's an awkward question that Konami fortunately won't have to answer, for now at least.
