Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee’s mobile version unlocks secret hero from the beginning

Playdigious’ Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee’s mobile version was previously announced to be coming to iOS and Android on 16th March, and we now have some more info on the content that comes with it.

When the game launches a month from now, the character Ayairi Whairydd will be available right from the start on the selection screen. Previously a secret hero on PC, she’s a small pug who isn’t afraid of any enemy, no matter how big, and will come rushing to crush them down with her giant hammer, which is a truly satisfying sight.

On the other hand, there are some limitations to Ayairi’s moveset. As a small pupper, her paws can’t handle equipment and there’s only so much a dog can do on her own.

Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee is a roguelike dungeon defence game where you have to protect generators from endless waves of monsters as you use a group of heroes to fight your way to the surface.

Carefully optimised for mobile devices with a revamped interface and cloud saves, the mobile version of the game is currently available for pre-order on the iOS App Store, and grants a special 30% discount. This version is also different from the iPad version as it adds five add-ons for no extra charge.

You can download Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee from the iOS App Store or the Google Play for Android store on 16th March, where it will be a premium title costing £7.99. The pre-order price is currently £4.99.
