The latest in Sega's Crazy Taxi franchise is hitting the App Store on July 31st as a free download. Titled Crazy Taxi: City Rush, the game is an endless runner (that is, driver) designed with mobile in mind.
It's been developed by Hardlight Studios, the folks behind Sonic Dash and Sonic Jump Fever, and designed by the original Crazy Taxi creator, Kenji Kanno.

Our preview of the game from April digs a little more into the social game and free to play aspects, while our interview with Sega producer Stephen Yee delves into the game's shared appeal for both casual and diehard Crazy Taxi fans. Read up as you wait!

Again, Crazy Taxi: City Rush will release as a free download for iOS this Thursday, July 31st, with an Android version still on the way.

Check out some early footage of the game below.
