Command and Conquer on iPhone gets the multiplayer treatment
'New construction options' in 1.1 update
Gone are the days where you had to lug two televisions and two PlayStations into one room and connect them with a wire to enjoy Command and Conquer: Red Alert multiplayer (not everyone had the option of a PC).
Luckily, the ability to watch your opponent's screen and count the number of Mammoth tanks they have is still an option. How so?
Because multiplayer has been added to the iPhone version of Command and Conquer: Red Alert via wi-fi or Bluetooth, meaning you have to be reasonably nearby to compete. Just remember to be subtle when acquiring the necessary intel.
Whilst the Story mode of the game is well worth playing, multiplayer is arguably where the most fun is, so this update is just what the doctor ordered.
We can't yet comment on how it plays, but hopefully commanding and conquering your foes will be a painless affair.
