Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team introduces new characters with the latest J.LEAGUE collaboration

KLab Inc’s super popular soccer-meets-anime game Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team, based on the classic anime series of the same title, has announced that it will debut five new characters for you to collect, each wearing the real-world 2022 Season J.LEAGUE Official Kits. Dream Team has collaborated with J.LEAGUE before, recently too, but this time they’re introducing new characters as well!

Beginning Friday, October 7th, players will be able to roll on the J.LEAGUE Selection Transfer banner, which has Makoto Soda, Mitsuru Sano, Takeshi Sawada, and Ken Wakashimazu available if you get lucky enough to grab ‘em. Of course, all of these new players will be wearing their official J.LEAGUE Kits too!

Naturally, it wouldn’t be a Dream Team event if there weren’t a billion other events going on in tandem to celebrate these new characters. First off, we’ve got the usual log-in bonus, which is a simple 7-day system that, on that 7th day, will unlock the SSR Pepe Kashima character for free!

Then, we’ve got the J.LEAGUE Collab Daily Scenarios, which are an assortment of challenging matches for you to take on that will then reward you with various resources and other rewards such as the Special Skill Rank S Dribble for Sawada, the Special Skill Rank S Speed Tackle for Sano, and three Special Skill Rank S Super Catch for Wakashimazu. These will all buff up those new characters, so be sure to do these if you manage to get lucky on that banner!

Of course, we’ve also got the usual event missions, which are just challenges for you to complete in-game that will reward you with a ton of different resources and rewards to upgrade your characters and make their stats all that much better.

And finally, we’ve got the regular Dreamball Exchange, which will allow you to exchange Dreamballs for J.LEAGUE players now from the last collaboration!

Phew! Lots to go over there, but that about does it! If you’d like to take part in these celebrations yourself and unlock all these new players, you can do so by checking out Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team for free at either of the links below this article!
