Charity Indie iPhone Holiday Sale has 59p Canabalt, Osmos, Drop7, and more

A collection of top indie developers have slashed the prices of six must-have iPhone games to 59p / 99c / 79c and have pledged a third of the takings to charity. Now that’s getting into the Christmas spirit.

The games in question are zen-like physics puzzler Osmos, addictive number-crunching puzzle game Drop7, creepy crawler insect platformer Spider: The Secret of Bryce Manor, endless running game Canabalt, celestial multi-touch puzzler Eliss, and skiing game Solipskier.

The all represent high quality App Store classics, and are made by a troupe of well known indies. You’re free to pick and choose the games you want, but at £3.54 / $5.94 / €4.74 for the lot, we say have a splurge and pick up the entire bundle.

Especially as one third of your money will be sent over to the Child’s Play charity: a game-inspired non profit, run by the boys at Penny Arcade, that gets games, consoles, and toys to sick and hospitalised kids around the globe.

The sale starts right now, and will run through Christmas until December 31st. There are also free ringtones and wallpapers at the Indie iPhone Holiday Sale’s website.
