Undead go in search of fresh brains

WP7 indie hit Bye Bye Brain: App-ocalypse shuffling to iOS and Android

Plain Concepts has announced that Bye Bye Brain: App-ocalypse is heading to iPhone, iPad, and Android.

Dubbed by its developers as a “Dead Island killer”, Bye Bye Brain is a mix of action and tower defence in which five distinct characters fend off unending hordes of the undead.

The original Windows Phone title featured in our best indie games round-up last year, thanks to this unique blending of first-person and tower defence-based antics.

No date has been given for the iOS and Android versions but it has been confirmed that both will be available as free titles with in-app purchases.

Free-To-Slay

Windows Phone owners don't have to wait, however, as Bye Bye Brain: App-ocalypse is already available on the platform.

The new and updated game features two new maps over the original, an item store to purchase new weapons, and the curious addition of a hipster zombie.

You can check out Bye Bye Brain: App-ocalypse for free from the Windows Phone Marketplace.
