FreshPlanet has announced that its free, soothing puzzle game BoxPop will be available at launch on the Apple Watch when it arrives on April 24th.

Not just that, but FreshPlanet says that it's using the Apple Watch to deliver new ways of playing the iOS game. It hasn't revealed what these are yet.

Plus, there will be daily levels made exclusively for the Apple Watch version of the game.

BoxPop was released on iOS last year. It's based on "knight's tour," which is a sequence of moves in chess that has the knight piece visit every square on the board, but only once.

As such, the levels in BoxPop have you moving a piece in L-shapes across a grid-based board to land on every single square.

In between the levels, parts of chess history and of the knight's tour are told in brief text-based screens. It helps to give some context to what you're doing.

You can download BoxPop for free on the App Store right now.
