Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f will come to the PS Vita in 2014

After a tease earlier this year, Sega has announced that the hit Vocaloid rhythm game Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f will finally make its way to the PS Vita in both the US and Europe.
This is big news if you're a fan of improbably long teal twintails or rhythm games in general, as it'll give you a whole new way to play with Miku on the go if you've already exhausted the fun of Miku Flick and Miku Flick /02.
Taking to the PlayStation Blog, Sega confirmed that it was fan fervor that helped bring the Vita release of Project Diva f to reality, but we're guessing that the strong western sales of the PlayStation 3 version didn't hurt matters any.
Sega expects Project Diva f to arrive for the Vita in early 2014.
Arigato, SegaHatsune Miku: Project Diva f features the same 39 song line-up as the PS3 version and plays the exact same way as the console version with one notable difference - players can tap on the Vita's screen to hit the star notes instead of twiddling the analog sticks.
Despite the prominence of Miku in the game (and the game's title), other songs by other popular Vocaloids like Megurine Luka, Meiko, and Kagamine Rin & Len are all on offer as well.
The one thing that might diminish the news of the release is Sega's confirmation that the Vita version will be download-only, with no plans to release a physical copy at this time.
