Want $30? Register Shin Megami Tensei IV and Fire Emblem: Awakening to your Club Nintendo account

It's hard to top a carboard box DLC costume as the best reason to be excited for a game, but Atlus USA managed to one up itself.

Beginning on July 16, fans who register both Shin Megami Tensei IV and the Platinum Award-winning Fire Emblem: Awakening to the same Club Nintendo account will earn $30 in Nintendo eShop credit.

You'll also need to complete a short survey on the games by August 31 to take advantage of this first-of-its-kind promotion between Atlus and Nintendo... but hey, $30!

Shin Megami Tensei IV will be released in the US on July 16, and will come to Europe at a later, unspecified date.

We've already given you a good look at what you'll get when you open up your pre-ordered copy of SMT IV, and our review of the dark and gritty RPG will be up soon.

Atlus USA notes that both retail and digital copies of the games are eligible for this deal. If you'd like more details on the $30 promotion, you can head over to the Club Nintendo page.
