Developer Firemonkeys has updated the iPhone and iPad versions of Gold Award-winning racer Real Racing 3 with a batch of new content, including a couple of cars from manufacturer Chevrolet.

You can now jump behind the wheel of Chevy's Cobalt SS and Camaro ZL1. Well, providing you can afford them, that is.

Furthermore, this update introduces a brand-new event type called Hunter, in which you're tasked with chasing down a target car and overtaking it within a single lap.

Not really up your street? Don't worry: Real Racing 3 now boasts more than 1,000 different events, so you should easily find something that tickles your pickle.

You'll probably be pretty pleased to read that cloud save functionality has been added to Real Racing 3, too. This means you can transfer your save data between multiple devices and always pick up where you last left off.

Finally, you can now see which of your friends are currently online and which of your friends are taking a break in the pit lane, and check out their progress with a statistics leaderboard.

You can download Real Racing 3 from the App Store right now for free. We're not quite sure when the Android version will be updated, but we'll let you know when it is.

You can see what the Camaro looks like in action in the new Hunter mode below.
