iPhone Zelda-esque RPG Zenonia 3: The Midgard Story arrives on the New Zealand App Store

Gamevil's latest Zelda-esque action-RPG Zenonia 3: The Midgard Story is now available to download from the New Zealand App Store.

Set many years after the series' first two instalments, the games sees you take on the role of Regret's son, Chael, who must save the day against the backdrop of an eternal war between three realms.

Zenonia 3 features 227 unique maps of Midgard, 136 "action-packed" quests to complete, and four distinct classes of hero – Sword Knight, Shadow Hunter, Mechanic Launcher, and Nature Shaman.

Other features include asynchronous co-op play, the removal of the weight and hunger system, and the ability to customise your hero with 184 weapons, 120 helmets, 120 armors, 100 gauntlets and 100 footwear.

Game Center is also present, bringing 48 achievements to the mix.

Gamevil claims that Zenonia 3 will provide "greater enjoyment than the previous two Zenonia's combined" - a tall order considering previous titles Zenonia and Zenonia 2: Lost Memories received Pocket Gamer Silver and Bronze Awards at review.
