Touch KO boxing screenshots are a knockout on iPhone
Boxing day comes early this year
iPhone publisher Chillingo has been snapping up all the hot fighters on the App Store, like some kind of digital Don King, and now it’s got hold of a 3D boxing game for the iPhone called Touch KO.
We just got our mauled mitts on some screenshots of Touch KO, which looks pretty splendid and impressively detailed for a 3D iPhone game. Alongside the fighting gameplay, it appears you’ve to take care of your prize fighter between bouts, too, applying pressure to his swollen face to reduce the bruising and allow him to stay in the game.
Tracy had a hands-on with Touch KO during this year’s GDC (and survived it pretty much unscathed) and you can also check out a video of the gameplay right here.
No news on when we can expect Touch KO just yet, but these screenies look pretty complete, so it can’t be too much longer. Better take your seats for round one.
