The Angry Birds merchandising machine continues to power along today, with Rovio announcing that it has signed a deal with children's play park maker Lappset Group.

The BBC reports that the pair are looking to construct Angry Birds play parks across the world, which will feature the usual assortment of childhood fun, including swings, slides, and stuff-to-climb-on.

In addition, however, Lappset plans on creating what I'm going to dub "The Tunnel of Death". This potentially devastating 'ride' requires children to run fast down a passage. Should they move too slowly, they get sprayed with water.

Alas, Lappset confirmed that no slingshots will be present in any of the parks.
