Angry Birds Seasons counts down to Christmas with 25 new wintry levels

Brrr. It's cold and wintry, and also the 1st of December. That means Christmas is not far away now. And to acknowledge that, Rovio has updated Angry Birds Seasons with new butt-freezing levels.

It's called the "On Finn Ice" update as it takes place in Finland, which as we all know, is where Santa Claus resides. Yes, Lapland is in Finland, if you didn't know.

Anyway, there are 25 new levels, for each day of the countdown from now until December 25th (Christmas day).

You'll be flinging birds and popping pigs across Finnish landscapes in these levels. Professor Pig also tells you facts about Finland as you play.

There's also a new playable bird called Tony, who is Terence's Finnish cousin, apparently. He is also a big weight bird with liver spots, except he's blue rather than red, like Terence.

Lastly, there's a new soundtrack for these levels provided by Finnish cellist metal band Apocalyptica.
