Shoot hoops in new NBA-themed levels in the 'Ham Dunk' update for Angry Birds Seasons

Angry Birds Seasons has been overtaken by the NBA in its latest themed update titled "Ham Dunk".
This update brings with it 15 new NBA-themed levels for you to shoot the usual cast of birds through basketball hoops, and into the evil faces of their green porcine enemies.
If you purchase the NBA Season Pass then you get access to 30 "team levels" - one level for each team in the NBA.
There's also a new power-up called the Shockwave. It's attached to Bomb and lets you do massive damage.
You can also use Shockwave as a last ditch effort to complete a tricky level, and will probably have to on occasion.
