Glu announces Age of Empires 3 for N-Gage
But there's some confusion over release date
Mobile gaming giant Glu has announced its line up for 2009, and in amongst the mobile titles sits a single N-Gage-shaped nugget.
Popular real-time strategy title Age of Empires 3 will be winging its way over to the Nokia platform, although there was some disagreement between the publisher and Nokia over when it would be appearing.
The Glu website announced that the title would be “Available February 2009,” only for Nokia to issue a correction via its official blog, which reckoned that “A better estimate for its release would be in the first half of 2009.”
Either way, Age of Empires 3 will represent a welcome first for this kind of game on the system.
