Aces of the Luftwaffe strafes onto mobile

HandyGames has unveiled its latest mobile game, Aces of the Luftwaffe, which puts you in the cockpit of a World War II fighter plane, duking it out with the German Luftwaffe.

Yes, we're talking proper WWII dogfighting, with you on the side of the Allies. The game has 30 levels, with a mixture of defensive, rescue and dogfighting missions to complete.

You're not just shooting, either - you'll have five different flight manoeuvres to pull off in order to stay bullet-free. Meanwhile, there are power-ups to collect, and eight bosses to battle along the way.

The game offers three game modes - Campaign, Air Battle and Dog Fight - with cartoony graphics and "ear-shattering" sound effects (we hope HandyGames doesn't mean that literally, or there'll be lawsuits bombing down within days).

Aces of the Luftwaffe is due out next week. Click 'Track It!' for an alert when we review it.
