Zenonia 2 sells 200,000 units in launch month

A month ago, publisher Gamevil announced its new mobile RPG Zenonia 2 had sold 100,000 copies in Korea.

Now that number's doubled.

This is despite the fact that at 4,000 won (approximately $4), it's the most expensive mobile game.

Yet it's at the top of all three Korean mobile operator's charts.

Gamevil also claims more than 1 million sessions of the online network player versus player mode have been fought out.

Zenonia 2, which features more than 1,000 items, 150 maps, 600,000 costumes and 20 different skills, will be rolled out globally, and other platforms such as iPhone, in early 2010.
