Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel celebrates its first anniversary with a tonne of celebration packs
Konami Digital Entertainment has just announced that it will celebrate its popular card battler, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel’s first anniversary. To commemorate this occasion, a number of in-game events are going live as players look back at an awesome year of duelling.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel will feature a massive first-anniversary campaign, allowing players to collect up to three UR Tickets simply for logging in, which can be exchanged for a first Anniversary Pack. These packs offer handsome rewards like a guaranteed Royal Finish UR card. Another place to find these creatures is in the New Step for Duelists Selection Pack.
A limited-time first Anniversary Bundle will also be available. This kit includes the Dark Magician Card with an alternate artwork, which will be seen for the first time in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. Additionally, a new Summoning scene will be part of the set, alongside 30 Master Packs, a new celebratory Icon, Icon Frame, Duel Field, Protector, Card Case and Wallpaper.
Naturally, it can be purchased only once. But there are some first-anniversary Secret Packs as well that players must look for. They contain loads of items and cards with alternate artwork for Eldlich the Golden Lord and Knightmare Unicorn.
Meanwhile, another Selection Pack will be launched, called the Sprites of Miracle. It introduces the new Spright archetype to Master Duel. Players can also check out the Vortex of Magic Structure Deck featuring cards like Dark Magician, Master of Chaos, and Illusion of Chaos.
Both of these packs can be found in the in-game shop. There are also some Gem sales to take advantage of. Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel is a massive card collection game with over 10,000 cards to collect and use in solo mode, online battles, and loads of events.
