Xenoblade Chronicles 3D heads exclusively to New Nintendo 3DS on April 2nd

Nintendo has announced that Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will be out for the New Nintendo 3DS on April 2nd in Europe.

It'll also be out in the US in April but no specific date was given.

As previously outlined, this 3DS remake of the 2011 Wii JRPG will only be available for the New Nintendo 3DS and 3DS XL.

This is due to the CPUs in the older 3DS models not being powerful enough to run the game as intended.

The 3DS's second screen is used during the game to view maps and character stats.

Prepare to be fighting dragons and giant robots in a few months time, then. Well, if you intend on also buying a New Nintendo 3DS, that is.
