X2 Football 2010's build your own Dream Team mode explained

Today we confirmed X2 Football 2010 was in the final stages of development and will be out in iPhone and iPod touch in the near future.
Alongside online multiplayer, 3GS optimisation and smarter artificial intelligence, developer Exient told us that Football 2010 will feature a slightly ambiguous Dream Team mode.
We asked the team exactly what that would entail, and they told us this:
"In X2 Football 2010's new Dream Team mode, users must use all of their footballing acumen to create their very own Dream Team. Starting out with an initial team of players, poor in overall ability, users will compete in the multiplayer, tournaments and quick match modes for tokens.
"Users can then use these tokens to scout for quality players from across the globe to help reinforce their team and build the ultimate Dream Team."
Pocket Gamer also confirmed with the team that the game will feature Bluetooth multiplayer alongside online play.
No official release date has been set yet but we expect April.
