Worms 2: Armageddon gets reinforcements with in-app Battle Pack

Reinforcements have arrived for the pint size warriors in Worms 2: Armageddon - a game that got a Silver Award - on iPhone and iPad, with the bonus Battle Pack released today.

Available as an in-app purchase, the package contains extra content from developer Team 17, including new weapons and utilities, a fresh single player campaign, more customisation features, a new game mode and more awards.

In terms of the boosted arsenal, there are now termites, ferrets and worship statutes to help turn the tide of battle. Plus, the pack includes 30 new single player deathmaches and a “warzone” theme and game-style.

It’s all packed in to one, spiffy in-app purchase, which is yours for £1.19 / $1.99 / €1.59.
