Virtua Tennis 4 for PS Vita down to £16.99 in PSN sale

Sony has announced via the EU PlayStation Blog that it will be holding a tennis-themed sale on the PlayStation Store to celebrate the final weekend of Wimbledon.

Unfortunately, tennis games aren't quite as popular or as well represented these days as other genres, so the only two games on sale are Top Spin 4 for the PS3 and Virtua Tennis 4: World Tour Edition for the PS Vita.

Still, while there may not be that many games to choose from, the quality of those on sale is undeniably high.

We handed Virtua Tennis 4: World Tour Edition a well-deserved Silver Award on review, and it remains a firm favourite with Mike Rose, our resident tennis fanatic.

You can nab Virtua Tennis 4: World Tour Edition from the PlayStation Store now for £16.99 / €19.99, which is just slightly less than it would cost you to purchase the boxed version from either Play.com or Amazon.
