Build 'em up to knock the enemies down

Tower Defense heading to mobile

We're not impressed with modern-day tower blocks. Stroll around Docklands, and you'll see 17 new skyscrapers being built every day. But where are the ramparts, the turrets, the arrow slits and the hordes of orcs poised to pour bubbling oil over unwitting office-workers? For shame.

Tower Defense: Wrath of Gods gets back to those all-important basics. It's a strategy game based on a wildly popular web game, which involves building towers to repel battalions of enemies, who want to pillage your women and steal your gold. Or is that the other way around?

It's a top-down game, which looks like it'll test your military wits to the max. We can't give many more details, because the press release is written 'in character' (sample: "Fear is beneath you, my son. We have created a spell, which allows containing the creatures on the roads...")

But that aside, it sounds like it could be a winner. Click 'Track It!' for more news and a review when we get to play it.
