Shoot laser-firing bees from your eyeballs in Towelfight 2: The Monocle of Destiny

Get ready to lob goats at gods in new madcap dungeon-brawler Towelfight 2: The Monocle of Destiny.

Representing a sort-of sequel to a PC game conjured up during a 48-hour game jam, Towelfight 2: The Monocle of Destiny is a curious hybrid of different genres.

To wit, Butterscotch Shenanigan's surreal iOS and Android game is part-roguelike, part-dual-stick shooter, AND part-arena fighter.

In Towelfight 2, then, you assume the role of Hardik, a dapper gent who has found himself in the middle of a divine feud.

So, how does one do battle with a bunch of angry gods? Why, with a monocle which fires aggressive animals, of course.

This magical monocle serves as your primary weapon in Towelfight 2, allowing you to whip 40 types of damage-dealing beastie (or "Jectiles", as they are called) at your foes.

There are bees which fires lasers, turtles which act as shields, and fire-breathing dragons to collect, augment, and deploy over Towelfight 2's numerous procedurally generated levels.

If you fancy dabbling in something from the wackier end of the spectrum, you can download Towelfight 2: The Monocle of Destiny on iOS [buy] and Android [buy] right now.
