Sunnyside Games has released the 1.1 update for its Silver Award-winning twitchy stock market game The Firm.

First off, this update removes IAPs from the game "as they were not what we wanted to do initially with The Firm," explains Sunnyside.

Secondly, there's a tonne of additions to spruce the game up. New cards add variation to your frantic paper sorting job. They introduce a new mechanic, too: you're required to tap to tick boxes and then swipe up or down to file them.

There's also a new ranking system that sees you levelling up across all your plays. It'll probably keep you playing for longer, especially as you get new bonuses every time you're promoted.

There's also a new interface, music and sounds, and options (including colour blind mode, and a happy ending). Plus, a pause function lets you take a break, but you do take a penalty for this.

And, finally, you can now set-up multiple profiles on the same phone or tablet if you wish.

You can purchase The Firm for 79p / 99c on the App Store. This update is free to all those who have bought the game.
