Bethesda kicked off E3 by giving us a closer look at The Elder Scrolls: Legends, the collectible card battler based on its namesake open world RPG franchise.

The Elder Scrolls: Legends was announced way back at E3 last year and is currently in public beta, but Bethesda was keen to announce that it will finally launch later this year on iOS, Android, PC, and Mac.

Yes, you can definitely play it on your iPhone and Android devices.

We also got a chance to check out the opening cinematic, which provided more information about the plot of the single player. What we've learned so far is that you play as the moth priest Kellen, who changes the very course of Elder Scrolls history.

But don't just take our word for it, check out the official E3 trailer above. In the meantime, we'll try and get Bethesda to pin down a definite release date. Stay tuned.
