Sword of Xolan's chunky pixels and classic hack 'n' slash action hits Android [Update]
Man vs. monster
It has controller support and, unlike the iOS version, is free to download with IAPs.
Original story follows...Android players, do you like chunky pixels, slaying monsters, and finding hidden treasure?
Good. You'll be pleased to know that Sword of Xolan is heading to Android on July 1st, then.
It's a classic-style action-platformer with little story outside of a man taking down the forces of darkness with a sword and fireballs.
It should appeal to anyone who grew up playing these kinds of games and wants a throwback title to pick up during downtime.
The iOS version got a Silver Award from us so it's certainly worth the dosh. And it only costs 79p / 99c so you can't complain.
We'll remind you again in a few days time when it's actually out on the Play store.
