In our opinion, the most important factor is targeting the ball. Some rumblers will attack enemy rumblers, which is good in select situations, but the goal of the game is getting the ball in the goal, so if all of your rumblers on the pitch are targeting enemies, well, it won't end well.
Get rumblers which target the ball, preferably ones which will actually feed that ball into the goal given half the chance. Other rumblers will be very situational, and not as universally useful as those which target the ball directly.

Froggy
Froggy sticks his tongue out, and then flicks the ball into the goal.
Early in matches as the ball gets fed into the game, Froggy can easily skim past, grab the ball, and flick it into the goal.
Very useful throughout the game.

Striker Tiger
Fast and relentless when aiming at the goal, Striker Tiger is a basic and yet essential part of any team.
He requires more energy to summon than many, but he'll net you plenty of goals in the long term.

Fan
Fan isn't amazing by himself, and he doesn't exactly get goals, but flick one near your goal, and the additional defensive protection is amazing.
He might not be a big scorer, but he is always useful and will help in the long term.

Sniper Wolf
Sniper Wolf, as the name implies, shoots the ball from a distance to get goals. Great for getting the ball away from your goal, and scoring in empty goals.
But he takes a while to charge up, and for this reason, I'd say he's less useful than the likes of Striker Tiger.
