Real Racing 2 HD to get 1080p TV output on iPad 2

For those of you looking for the best way to show off your brand new iPad 2, Firemint has promised that the next major update for Real Racing 2 HD will provide the perfect showcase for the power and capabilities of the new Apple tablet.

In an iOS first, you'll be able to play the game in full 1080p resolution on a TV using the brand new HDMI output. The game will run at 30 frames per second with no scaling or black screens.

The iPad 2 will not only act as the steering wheel, but it'll also display real-time telemetry data during the race.

Firemint claims that all this will provide a true console-like driving experience.
